I can't find the option anywhere to create an export of transactions

@Jouke-Lime-Kiwi#179555 Select an account on the "Me" tab, click on the three dots in the right upper corner, then select "Export Statement". On this screen you can choose your preferred format, including CSV.
I just found out that this does not work with an account that has been shared with me
@Jouke-Lime-Kiwi#179559 If an account is shared via Connect, then it's not your account and you cannot do certain things. If you want to share an account with someone with all people having full access, you can open a joint account. However, that is also more inflexible because you can not change account owners afterwards.
can someone please help me? The MT940 file seems to be placed somewhere else...i can't find it anymore! this is the .csv file!
How do i download this from the app?
@Cynthia-Azure-Wolf#271442 You can select the format when exporting a bank statement. The bank statement export can be found at the Profile tab > Accounting. It's the same place in the app for all formats: PDF, CSV and MT940.

What are you trying to achieve? You can export a bank statement in any format for any of your accounts. What you cannot do is create a single statement for multiple accounts.
