  • Something between premium and +1

Any ideas from bunqers for an subscription somewhere between premium and +1.
The two options now available are just to far apart for couples. You either get two full premium subscriptions with full functionallity, but with an 60% increase in price compared to before. Or you get 1 shared account and 1 person with premium for a price comparable with the old joint.

I don't need 50 accounts and 8 cards between me and my girlfriend. But I do like for her to have (at least 1) an extra account so she also has an oppertunity to buy stuff for herself.

I think the +1 is ideal for kids, or maybe partners that don't need to have seperate account for themselves, but I think the idea that partners share everything is quite outdated.

My idea? Make it possible to have a dual premium subscription with some extra limitations (ie 25 accounts is more than enough for 2 persons) which comes at a discount.

Sounds like something we used to have :P

I don't mind it being a bit more expensive then before, but now we went for the two of us from €10,-- a month to €16,-- a month, which is an extra €72,-- a year!!

Any alternative ideas from my fellow bunqers? Can we come up with a viable solution for partners?

    We worden in een nieuw abonnements model geduwd waarbij beiden opties nadelig zijn ten opzichte van ons oude joint account. Of we betalen veel meer voor (voor dingen die we niet nodig hebben) of we leveren in op functionaliteiten die we wel gebruiken (en betalen nog steeds 10% meer dan in het oude geval) waardeloos. Dual premium met korting (aka het oude joint) klinkt top.

      @Alexandra-Navy-Panda#182186 Als je een korting wilt moet je "gewoon" een pack joinen.

      Ik denk dat als als na alle klachten nog niks anders gedadan hebben ze echt niet van plan zijn het oude joint terug te brengen.

        En ik weet niet of je eerste zin sarcastisch was. Zo ja, dan duh. Zo nee:hoezo korting?

          Creo que no hay que pagar por lo que no se necesita, quien quiere 25 cuentas, con una a un precio razonable para dos personas es suficiente

            @Alexandra-Navy-Panda#182199 Een Pack is een gezamenlijk abonnement voor maximaal 4 personen voor 20 euro per maand. Per persoon is dat dus 5 euro. Alleen het abonnement zelf is gezamenlijk, niemand kan in jouw bankrekeningen kijken etc. Het enige nadeel is dat je minder rente krijgt, namelijk over maximaal 10k euro / aantal leden en dat is dus meestal over maximaal 2500 euro. De rest van de Premium voordelen zijn gelijk als bij een los abonnement. Maar het scheelt dus.

            Iedereen (of bijna?) heeft de standaard regels dat je iedere maand met een periodieke overboeking 5 euro overmaakt en dat je het even op tijd meldt als je er mee wil stoppen. Om geen persoonsgegevens te hoeven posten op een publiek forum kan je 1 cent overmaken met daarin je telefoonnummer, email of andere contactgegevens zodat je onderling contact kan hebben.

              The other drawback of the pack is that I have to find two more people to join, set up a monthly billing arrangement, and pay attention to whether they are still paying, and find new people if the others stop paying. This is a lot of hassle just to have what at most banks is a normal joint account. This is not making life easy.

                @A-Silver-Cheetah#182907 Agreed. I’d love to see pack gone and the price for Premium lowered to €5 for everyone. Less hassle, no doing business with strangers and way more attractive to new clients :) But for now, Pack is the only option if you want an affordable bankaccount.

                  It’s sad to see, that bunq deleted the joint function. What you can do is only use twice the premium account (+60% fee) or u can try to find 2 other people who want to use bunq...@bunq what’s the reason for the 60% increase? And don‘t start again with the „many customers where confused by the joint subscription“.
                  WorstCustomer experience I‘ve every had.
