  • Is there a way to cancel subscription through bunq?

I want to terminate the subscription of my old youtube account, yet i lose the access to my account and can‘t cancel the subscription. Is there a way to stop being asked to pay from youtube?

    You could deny the payments, but then you'll get problems with YouTube/Google. I think it's better to contact them about this, instead of just blocking the payments.

        If you want to change your plan at bunq, you can do so easily from the app by going to the [Profile] tab > Settings (top right) > [My plan].

        If you want to cancel your subscription somewhere else, please go to the website of the service provider and look for your options there. You cannot, for example, change/cancel your Netflix subscription inside the bunq app. You can only do so on the Netflix website/app.

            I stopped a plan on my bunq card and i was just charged again..some of these websites take months to deactivate from their end so why can't bunq protect us

              @New-Lime-Alligator-1139598384#290228 If you use a Digicard, you can just block the card and use a new one.

              On the other hand, I never experienced your situation of a business charging me after cancelling a subscription.
