      I also reported the fact that you can’t report more than one bug at a time (ie. it’s not possible to open a new support ticket when you currently have one open) to bunq as a bug (because I consider it to be one).
      I was told that this is intentional functionality to “prevent confusion and to keep the conversation centralized”.

      I personally would find it way more confusing to be reporting multiple issues in a single thread (and I think it would also be more confusing for bunq’s support representatives as well).

      On top of this if I see a bug I usually want to report it as soon as I can, so that I don’t forget. At the moment I’m left with the not-so-ideal choice of waiting until bunq replies to any currently open bug report, prematurely closing my existing open bug report myself while hoping that they’ll still read and respond to it, or adding more information to my existing open ticket.

      I find this all less than ideal.

      Bunq, please just allow us to open multiple tickets at once.

        This would definitely be convenient. If I want to report a bug bug also want to ask something about a specific transaction or feature this does not belong in the same conversation and is actually quite confusing (also for the support agent) in my experience

          @thijsoost#181135 FYI report@bunq.com is now only for reporting compliance related stuff such as fraudulent users. support@bunq.com can handle all other stuff such as bug reports 🙂

            Is the email address documented anywhere in the app or on the website? It would be great to have known this sooner.
            Especially because difficult bugs are much easier to write on a desktop and I can decide to separate my issues into multiple conversations. Also I can ask for an update on a specific issue, instead of having to open a new one.

              I just came across this issue again. As I already had an open ticket for something benign, I couldn't create a second one for something urgent.
              That also means, that I cannot use the SOS support as long as there is an open issue/ticket. That really sucks and makes the experience much worse.

                @SimJoSt#257594 You can use SOS support if you close your 'old' ticket yourself. But indeed it's not possible to have multiple support tickets open at the same time.

                  @thijsoost#257595 exactly. Especially, if I still need support on that open issue.
                  And I cannot see the current state of availability of the sos support. I might not exactly remember, when I last used it and when it will be available again. So I might do close the open issue for no benefit at all.
