I also reported the fact that you can’t report more than one bug at a time (ie. it’s not possible to open a new support ticket when you currently have one open) to bunq as a bug (because I consider it to be one).
I was told that this is intentional functionality to “prevent confusion and to keep the conversation centralized”.
I personally would find it way more confusing to be reporting multiple issues in a single thread (and I think it would also be more confusing for bunq’s support representatives as well).
On top of this if I see a bug I usually want to report it as soon as I can, so that I don’t forget. At the moment I’m left with the not-so-ideal choice of waiting until bunq replies to any currently open bug report, prematurely closing my existing open bug report myself while hoping that they’ll still read and respond to it, or adding more information to my existing open ticket.
I find this all less than ideal.
Bunq, please just allow us to open multiple tickets at once.
