Apparently the metal card has contactless payments. So why doesn't my card have them?
Krzysztof Stasiak I think you have to put a new card into an online terminal once to activate contactless. So pay or withdrawl one time with putting the card in. Then it should work.
Krzysztof Stasiak Works for me. Did you make sure to use it once with Chip & PIN? Afterwards contactless should be enabled.
Yes I paid once with the pin, but when I touch the reader there is no reaction as if you forgot to implement contactless payments in the card

Stijn Hi, The metal cards are different from the plastic cards working both side with contactless payments. The NFC antenna on metal cards is at the back of the card, the back of the card only has to be held near the reader to make a contactless payment.
Ik heb de metalen kaart al maanden en vaak werkt het niet, ligt ook aan de terminal volgens mij. Maar het gebruiksgemak is minimaal hier in Nederland.
