Why you ask that? If you want an official bank account, the documentation and identification is mandatory.

    She is non documented..she can only show here legal document like passport and other ids..

      The BSN can be supplied later at bunq, I believe after 90 days it was. Other identification is mandatory for a full bank account though.

        But they where asking bsn number like this?
