why i cant try supergreen free
Ivan It's free for customers that bought the Green Card when it was a yearly subscription that was later changed to a monthly Supergreen subscription. Otherwise people would pay twice for the card.
Ivan The Metal Card used to be called the Green Card and had a price tag of 99 Euros per year. When they introduced the SuperGreen membership that included the Metal Card for no extra costs, we earlier Green Card customers got grandfathered in.

Arne This month they also charged me for SuperGreen, while I bought the card just like you. But they didn't charge me for the Pack membership I have. So I paid € 9.00 instead of €19.99

Although I haven't heard back from Support yet, this seems to be fixed now, and the incorrect charges have been refunded. Thank you @bunq 👍🏻
Raisor Sorry for the incomplete message. I was charged 16,99 this month although bunq confirmed via email that I‘ll be paying 7,99 till March 2021 as a founder green card holder. I already contacted support.

Antonio Aber du hattest auch nicht vor April die Green Card fuer 99 Euro gekauft, oder? Weil dann ist alles normal bei dir.
