  • Connect ended, new connect not allowed

I have a premium account. As of per yesterday all my connects (with the free accounts of my children) have been terminated by bunq.
When I try to start a new connect an error is displayed: The status of this account does not allow invitations.
Does anybody have any clue why this happens and how to fix this ?

    Check the subscription status or your children’s account. I have a gut feeling the free period is over or that they have a Travel Card (only) subscription which does not allow connects as far as I know.

      And I can't end a connect what is going on?

        Ik heb exact hetzelfde met mijn vrouw. En alle gezamelijke rekeningen zijn gedisconnect en gearchiveerd.

          I had a grocery account which I gave full access to my wife as well and now her connection is terminated without notice. What is happening bunq?

            I have also the same issue with my wife. Bunq app closed the connect at 02:00 AM but says that I closed the connect.
            Tried multiple time times register a bug but unable to succeed. Very frustrating!! But this thread is from 2020!??
            So is this still not solved? Or does anybody know where to find answers as to why?
