Hello everyone,

I want to know what is the cost of 2.99€ for everyday Active card. What I mean is that even if I am still a free user, do I need to pay for my first physical card every month?

      @aleballabio05#185388 The only free membership is the Travelcard Membership. With this membership you have to pay € 9 once for the production of the card. There are no monthly costs.

        @pbruins84#185393 Thank you so much. When I payed for the card, it said that 2.99 for the active cards and I was scared that I needed to pay it monthly. Do you know ( as a curiosity) what that means?

          @aleballabio05#185394 When you have a Premium membership, you get 3 (physical) cards for free. The fourth (physical) card is € 2.99 per month.
