• 3 free cards with premium

I am a premium user and own 2 physical and 2 virtual cards. I would like to order an additional card. In the Premium conditions it is stated that 3 cards are included and 5 virtual cards. However when I try to order my 3rd card it shows that I have to pay 10 euro and 3 euro per month for it.

    • The 2,99 per month are an unfortunate display bug when ordering a new card. As long as you only have 3 active physical cards, you're not gonna be charged anything extra. If you need confirmation for that before going ahead with the order, ask Support and they should be able to confirm that.

    • Now the 9 Euro charge for the production of a new card will actually be charged to you when ordering a new card. This is also completely normal, as long as you already had at least 3 different physical cards in the past. You mentioned that you only have 2 physical cards right now, but maybe in the past you had another card at some point that you blocked? That would explain it.

        In that case, the card would cost 9 Euros production fees. It would not cost you anything in ongoing monthly fees. You said "A year later I need a third card" but that's not completely true. You're actually ordering your fourth card. You cancelled one of your first three cards, but that's on you. If you have three cards and don't need one of them, you can always just freeze the card and put it in a drawer. Then when you come back a year later and decide you want to use it now, the card's a single tap away from being able to be used again. Not sure why you'd expect ordering a fourth card should be free just because you cancelled a card. There's still a new card getting produced.

        But, in any case I'm not the one who decides how the memberships are structured and what features they give. I'm just trying to explain how the system works to help people make the best decisions for themselves, not aiming to argue what is good or bad about it. If you think that it should work differently from how it does right now, that's completely valid in my eyes. I don't think that "my reasoning is strange". I didn't reason. I just explained how it works right now.

          Autre exemple:
          Une de vos carte a été volé. Vous devez donc la détruire et en refaire une nouvelle.
          Cette carte sera donc payante car quatrième. Mais le remplacement, 1an ou deux ans après, sera t'il aussi payant ?
          Je ne fais pas volontairement une mauvaise question , juste imaginer un avenir possible.

            Best thing here would be to make use of your free replacement rather than to order a brand new card. Of course that might feel a bit unfair if you get your card stolen more than once per year, because then the replacement is not free. But the majority of people probably will be just fine within that limit.
