Last week I suddenly got an invoice of €20.10 on my personal account. I was surprised because I have a bunq pack with my business account and spouse. The business account is the account that gets the invoice of the pack and I never get this invoice at my personal account.
I found out I got invoiced for the 'safekeeping fee'. This odd because I read this is only when you have assets over 100K and I do not have this on my personal account or business account. I contacted the helpdesk with my business account to ask them when was going on (I still find it extremely inconvenient I cannot call with anyone, especially in this kind of situations, where bunq just takes my money and I have to type in a little chatscreen on my phone, hoping someone maybe answers 24h later).
This is the conversation I had with the helpdesk employee. And yes my tone of voice is annoyed because I really dislike this situation. I made bunq my only bank for my business and personal, I wanted to believe in a 'new' type of banking but probably I was wrong. With the new update I was first totally locked out and it took almost a day before I could use my app again (and bunq turned into the 'Bank of the tree' Instead of the free as they used to be). Now this.
We are a week later, I still didn't hear anything. bunq, do you really let me beg for my money? Instead of solving your sh*t in a decent way?
