The biggest disappointment is that the customer experience trend line (for me) keeps lowering, it's almost at 0 now, that's why I'm also investigating different solutions for my company's. But you can imagine that it will take some time and effort to change from bank. That's the main reason why I'm still stuck at bunq.

But vingers crossed 🤞 and hopefully some things will change and they will listen to the community.

          @verskure#187595 Misschien overdreven reactie van mij hoor, en jij bent dan net degene die hem krijgt. Maar het komt omdat ik in het algemeen al vind dat de discussie teveel gevoerd wordt door mensen die hun mening als feit willen opdringen. V3 is slecht, we willen v2 terug en het is afgrijselijk of ook juist V3 is geweldig. Een mening is geen feit. En daar ergerde ik me dus over het algemeen al aan, en blijkbaar was jou bericht net voor mij de druppel.

            Since today's update (iOS 14.2.0), the bunq app has been incredibly slow and terrible. The pictures of my accounts are slowly loading gradually, at first you only see gray tiles. Then the images change when scrolling and are always assigned wrong again and again.
            Urgent fix required!

              THANK GOD, the latest update fixed the „Show more“ issue. There’s basically nothing left I need to complain about anymore. (I won’t complain about the social tab and the three bubbles any longer as this won’t be changed anyways.)

                For me it's pretty much the same speed as previous versions. (bunq app 14.2.0 on iPhone 11)

                    @Jakob-Y#187733 Do you use own pictures for your multiple accounts?
                    The most problem with speed are the account pictures, they load very very slow and changes to get wrong if you scroll.

                      @bunq loading of the app is not okay. When I have the option to use custom images, I think the loading should be able to cope with that as well.

                        Zouden jullie wat transparanter willen zijn? Geen idee wat er wordt gefixed bij elke update. Voorlopig heb ik nog steeds 9 notificaties die ik niet kan verwijderen zijn de bolletjes bovenaan nog steeds niet optioneel.

                          @Esther-Orange-Unicorn#187742 Yes I use custom pictures but then probably I don't use enough sub-accounts for it to make a difference. Yeah the loading should happen in a background thread without affecting the scrolling etc.
