The biggest disappointment is that the customer experience trend line (for me) keeps lowering, it's almost at 0 now, that's why I'm also investigating different solutions for my company's. But you can imagine that it will take some time and effort to change from bank. That's the main reason why I'm still stuck at bunq.
But vingers crossed 🤞 and hopefully some things will change and they will listen to the community.
