You are right, bunq does not charge you any fees for the first ten cash withdrawals in euro. 👍
If the ATM shows you the fees directly before the withdrawal, is most likely is a fee charged by the ATM bank, in your case the Sparkasse. This is called "direct customer fee" ("Direktes Kundenentgelt"). Sadly there is not much for bunq to do about this kind of fees.
But I am curious: Did you use the same type of card for both bunq and N26? And the Sparkasse charged you a fee for the bunq mastercard withdrawal, but not for the N26 mastercard? 🤔
