  • How do I change the country of residence?

El envío de mi tarjeta se hará a España porque puse que es mi pais de residencia. Cuando quiero que se envíe a Holanda, donde resido, no me deja cambiar la dirección sin antes cambiar el pais de residencia, pero no me deja hacerlo en ningún sitio

    @New-Olive-Owl-1337967588#188571 You should be able to go to the [Profile] tab and then click on the circle in the center that shows your profile picture. When you scroll down you see your currently registered address. Then you can click in it to change it, including the country.

        But apparently changomg the country of residence is not the same as just changing the address. I change the address, from spain to Amsterdam. I am in Amsterdam. And still says I have to be in my current country of residence to be able to change the address. This makes me think that some place else, other than in the profile section, i have to change the country of residence

          @New-Olive-Owl-1337967588#188749 Can you try to make sure that on your phone location services are enabled and the bunq app is allowed to use location services in the privacy settings?

          Also probably good idea to contact support anyway, to make sure your tax residency is set correctly.
