Where do i see the details of bank account that sent me money, i can see only the name on the app
Samson When you click on the icon (silhouette of a person) above the person's name in the payment details, a page will open with the IBAN and some action buttons.
Jakob Does not open anything, also it does not appear on account statement, Maybe because its from canada
Samson I see. Maybe not all of the info made it through the SWIFT network then. Maybe if you ask Support about it they could supply you with more detailed info about the transfer 😃
I have the same problem I dont see any IBANs of money transfers coming through. Super annoying!
