• Problem with An iDeal payment on Amazon.de

Yesterday I ordered something on Amazon and paid with iDeal. The payment was successful and the amount has been taken from my account. Today, however, I got an email from Amazon, asking me to revise my payment method. Is here a way to provide them with a proof of payment?

    You can get them a screenshot or an export from your account. Go to the account, click the settings icon at the right top and click on export.

      Bedankt, dat is handig om te weten. Zij zeggen nu wel dat de betaling bij hun niet binnen is en dat ik mijn bank moet contacteren. Waar moet ik daarvoor zijn?

        @Wout-Blue-Zebra#28329 Contact met support kan je vinden wanneer je rechtsboven op je profiel foto drukt en dan vervolgens op Persoonlijke Zaken.
