  • [REPORTED] Progress / percent to the next tree

With the update 14.3.1 (iOS) it was promised to "make the display for ..., CO2 saving clearer, add more details and make the display more comprehensible".

New in this update is therefore the display of my card payments when I click on the button "Trees from my cards". However, not all card payments are listed here, but only those that have passed the €100 limit for a new tree.
Is this display useful for me and does it make things clearer and easier to understand?
I think not.

What I miss, since V2 is not available anymore, is the progress display how many percent I have already made it to the next tree.
This display was really useful and clearly understandable and also nice for me! I miss it a lot and ask @bunq to integrate the display from progress to the next tree into V3 as well.

    The screenshot above appears when clicking on the tree symbol (+1 tree) in the detailed payment overview of the card payment with which I have exceeded the limit of 100 € for the next tree.

    But the counter is never correct! With me it always says 99%, which is not true.
    I don't know if this display is meant to be here on purpose as a feature and it just doesn't work / count correctly, or if the whole display shouldn't be here at all and is a forgotten remnant.
    So is the bug the wrong counting in the "progress to next tree" display, or is the bug that this hidden display still exists?

    Anyway, I would like to have a correctly working display "progress to the next tree", please in a more prominent and not so hidden place.

      @Esther-Orange-Unicorn#191897 In this screen the progress to the next tree is always 0% for me. 😏

        @Bastiaan#191901 For me it's always like 80% or so. It just doesn't update anymore since the update. The API is still giving the actual value, I have tracked this since V3 release in a spreadsheet for my own card payments. But the app screen stopped working (and is hard to reach so it seems like an oversight).

          @Jakob-Y#191906 Important information, so we can see it is broken in the app.
          But I think this screen is really important. That's why I opened this thread after long observation to point out the bug.

          I hope for a fix from bunq.
