There are 5 virtual cards created in my account by mistake. What is the pricing associated with this and how do i rollback ?. Why is Bunq not offering me a pop up with the price when i create them ?
Kiran The virtual (creditcards) are free, so don't worry too much about it. You might want to keep them for different purposes/subaccounts like travel / car expenses / groceries etc. Only when you would order a physical card copy there may be costs coming in on your invoice.
MJam Is it also the same for virtual travel cards ?. Can i create multiple virtual travel cards ?. Also is there a limit on the number of virtual cards ?
Kiran The Travelcard = the creditcard from bunq
Kiran See exact pricing here: https://www.bunq.com/pricing-sheet
Up to 5 active online cards are included in the Premium membership. You can have 5 more active online cards for a total of 10, but this costs an additional 9.99 Euros per month. You can always delete/block cards you don't want to use any longer but it's not possible to create more than 20 online cards per year, so it's not a good idea to generate a new online card for every payment.
Jakob The pricing sheet says this is not available for travel card. Im not sure why bunq allowed me to create it
Kiran True. Did you check your membership type under [Profile] > … > [My membership]? Maybe you started a Premium trial or something?
Nope its travel card
Im afraid if bunq would charge me on this. I hear so many horror stories abt bunq out in forums
Kiran bunq doesn't charge anything when it isn't in the "Running costs" overview: Profile > Settings (three dots) > My Memberships > Running Costs (or "Upcoming Invoice").
But this looks like a bug, so I've forwarded it to our contact,
