  • How can I delete a sub account please

I can't use my usual account to too up my bunq acc because I added a sub account

You can't top up your bunq account? You can top up all your bunq accounts, it doesn't matter if you have 1 or 25. If you want to close an account, you can tap on it, tap the settings icon (richt top corner) and close it at the bottom.

This doesn't affect the main account?

@Emanuel-Teal-Jaguar#218179 There's no "main account" at bunq. When you first start using bunq, you automatically get your first sub-account. And you can add more later if you want. But there's nothing particularly special about the first one.

          Main is the first account

And the you make sub accounts

@Emanuel-Teal-Jaguar#218181 It may be called like this (you can give your sub-accounts names of your choice) and you‘re free to treat one of your sub-accounts as your „main account“, but on the backend there‘s no special notion of a main account. They‘re all equal(ly awesome!) 😄

Hey, when I tap "close account" dissapeared, but I steel se my card? That is normal? If i uninstall app I do not have any extra costs?

@New-Vermilion-Antelope-2598267069#259441 This thread is about closing sub-accounts. It has nothing to do with closing your user account completely. If that's what you want to do, follow the instructions here: https://together.bunq.com/d/18035

What happens with my money when i close a subaccount. I have 2

I want to go from easy money to easy savings

@New-Vermilion-Mink-2502964464#281248 You can't close a sub-account which has money in it. You first have to move the money to a different account.

Move all your money to your savings account and block all your cards. Then delete all other sub-accounts. Then you can change your plan from Easy Money to Easy Savings.
