Once Bunq decided to cancel the joint-account, I first had the (free) premium option for a couple of months and then became a +1 on my husband's account. This was all processed well (in "my Subscriptions" it mentions "+1") sometime back early July, but since a few days I get a pop-up notification saying "Stay premium (for 7,99) or downgrade to (null)" (see attachment).
If I click on downgrade, I get warned that all kind of features (such as my card or Apple Pay) won't work anymore, which of course wouldn't be true for +1.
I have only 1 active card, 1 joint account and the +1-fee is deducted from our account, so I don't get why I have this pop-up, I don't need to "stay" premium or downgrade, I just want to stay +1 and get rid of the pop-up.
Could someone please tell me how to get that annoying pop-up away ? I'm clearly not the only one, on tweakers some people with travel card accounts report the same: https://gathering.tweakers.net/forum/list_messages/1658934/81
