The only current way to report a bug you've stumbled upon is informing is by contacting Support. To do so, follow the steps below:

- Screenshots and screen-recordings
We need to see what you see from your side on the screen. Every screenshot or screen-recording saves us time and helps us reproduce your bug faster. You can attach screenshots and screen-recordings through our Support chat, isn’t that cool? Even if you forget to attach a screenshot, don’t worry, our guide will instruct you to do so. 🏃♂️
Every information helps us understand your case better. A bug can be born from different circumstances so that’s why we need as many details as possible. This can help us understand the reason why the bug occurred and will help us find a solution faster for you ✨
Teamwork makes the dream work and when you report a bug you become a team with the support guide who’ll take over your case. When asked to provide certain information, screenshot or answer a question, the support guide requested this for a reason - to help you out as fast as they can. In most cases when asked a question from a guide this means that they need just a little more additional questions before they contact the responsible team for a solution 🔎
