      @Leonwolv#228641 Danke für die Info. In Deutschland wird weiterhin nur die bisherige Funktion über barzahlen.de angezeigt. Macht aber Sinn, statt zwei Anbote mit identischen Inhalten, nur die lokal etablierten anzuzeigen.

            Dit zou moeten werken in Nederland, maar doet het niet. Ik ben vandaag naar 3 verschillende servicepoints gereden en bij geen van allen hadden ze enig idee waar ik het over had. Ook met behulp van het uitleg-document voor medewerkers kwamen we niet verder. De medewerker van het servicepoint gaf aan dat de terminal die ze hadden mijn QR code om te kunnen storten niet kon scannen. Dus fijn dat Bunq hiermee bezig is, maar de uitrol laat nog behoorlijk te wensen over...

              Paysafecash is really bad … and looking at which shops they have, looks very shady.
              Stopped by a shop in Amsterdam today which was reported as active once I logged the cash deposit request and they told me they do not offer the service… not bad… very bad.
              On top of it I managed to log a cash request for more than what bunq reports as max amount allowed (250 euro).
              Looks like I need to beg some of my friend which use a real bank to execute the deposit… very very bad for almost 18 euro fee a month!!!

                Kent iemand een servicepoint/winkel waar de QR-code intussen wel gescand kan worden? Ik krijg keer op keer het antwoord dat Paysafecash niet op de kassaterminal staat. Het is ook onmogelijk om de code te scannen.

                  @Geert-Magenta-Badger#235293 Paysafecash lists the gas stations bp, Esso, haan, Shell and Texaco prominently on their Dutch website. Haven't tried it myself but would be a reasonable guess to assume that you'd probably have a better and more consistent top-up experience their when compared to little small shops.

                  Edit: If you're experiencing issues with partner locations/stores that are shown to be supported on the map by Paysafecash, it's probably a good idea to also complain to support@paysafecash.com (Paysafecash service team) and/or bunq Support about it. The Paysafecash option should be available on the in-store terminals directly next to the Paysafecard option.

                    Tientallen shops gebeld in utrecht, zeggen allemaal niets met paysafecash te maken willen hebben. Ondanks ze in de app staan vermeld.. heeft iemand er ergens nog succes mee gehad ?

                      Helaas, ik ben al bij alle tankstations die door Paysafecash zijn genoemd geweest. Die verkopen alleen Paysafecards en hebben Paysafecash nog niet als optie op hun kassaterminal. Is het überhaupt ergens in Nederland mogelijk om Paysafeash te gebruiken?

                            Another try today (Amsterdam). Shop reported with service active for deposit on Paysafecash App and again blank faces… no one knew what needed to be done and told me the information from the App is wrong…. Amazing… bunq is based out of Amsterdam and looks like in their own home town they can not get their acts together about this terrible process.

                                @New-Teal-Bat-1577105346#235943 Kind of feel better… looks like no one found a place where to use Paysafecash… it is so shameful and even worse that bunq is not apparently taking any action or communicate what is going on. I open a service request asking the complete list of all shops which for sure execute these operations in The Netherlands. First time ever that a bank is making so hard to deposit money. Maybe they should suggest to get a free N26 account and use their systems to deposit cash and the. Transfer bank to bank

                                  Does N26 have any partner in The Netherlands for cash deposits? I thought they just partnered with Barzahlen/viacash, so it'd only work in Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain and Greece.

                                    @Jakob-Y#235968 Do not know. Just mentioned N26 as it is a known competitor … probably they have the same issue and will be asking their users to beg friends and family with traditional bank accounts to deposit and transfer 😷

                                      Is er inmiddels nog geen service punt die wel over software voor paysafe cash beschikt? Ze zeggen het allemaal niet te kennen
