Heiko Hartwig For some reason, the @bunq Posts are not shown in the app but online on the website. I hope this can be changed like it was in V2: I would like to see all posts in the app.

Hello, how long do I have to wait ? I am trying logging in with my new phone but the way to add multiple devices is not the best user experience I must say. Why not just authorize one phone from the other ? This extra top up makes it more complex and I don’t think comes with extra safety

Giacomo I needed to verify my ID through my Laptop for the app to login 😂 there was no other possibility. I held my ID through my webcam. Let’s see if that works…

You can still use the QR code scanning. It is faster.
verification for the web app is when you do not want to use the phone to log in.

GG I don’t mean the web app. I mean the app. There you sadly cannot sign in over the QR code

Max For logging into a new device, some kind of second factor for login is indeed needed. Lately bunq seems to have gotten more confident in being able to quickly process these ID verifications, so that's what they're using.

Oh, ok. Got it.
Happened to this also when I re installed the App few weeks ago. It indeed took about 2 hours.
My account went both on 24H cool down and re verification. Once re verified also the 24H cool down was released immediately.
