Hi I am a Travel Card account holder based in the UK. Previously I have been able to make SEPA payments without problem.
Yesterday when trying to make a SEPA payment I am unable to complete it. Once I have entered Name, IBAN, reference, payment amount etc and click confirm I am taken to a screen that advetises a free month trial of the Bunq Premium. I am unable to get the confirmation screen.
I was keen to make the payment so even tried signing up for the free month's trial but even this doesnt work. When I click on sign up it just takes me back to the screen offering a free trial.
Has anyone else had this problem?
