Is there a fast way to access the private chat with customer service?

    I think that’s the slowest way, or did I miss the slower option?

        You’re right, the only way to make it faster is with one click. Which could be convenient if you need to switch to your accounts during a support chat.

          @Jorris#29975 Of course bunq could add "Private Matters" to the 3D Touch (or whatever the Android alternative is called) menu and access it that way.

            And even faster is to click this link on your phone :)

                      @JohnDo#29992 I think I fixed it. I long-pressed on the link and chose "open in bunq". Then bunq opened.
                      Subsequent clicks on the link did open bunq directly.
