I made an iDeal payment last week but the merchant claims the payment has failed while in fact the amount has been debited correctly. The merchant, which until recently was very trustworthy, isn't reacting to any of my emails and I discovered from their Facebook page that I'm not the only one in this situation. Where can I get help with having the payment reversed?

    @Raul-Silver-Owl#198797 Hi πŸ‘‹πŸΌ Raul,

    Sorry to hear. I think the best think you can do is to contact support via: [Profile] > ⚑️button > [Get Private Support] or send an email to support@bunq.com.

    But to be honest, I think a bank can’t do much about that unfortunately. But give it a try! Hope everything works out

      John Do to the rescue as always! πŸ™‚ thanks a lot, with the new interface I couldn't find the private chat anymore πŸ˜ƒ thanks again!

        yesterday I shopped online via IDEAL, but even if my order was unsuccessful, the money was withdrawn from my account, so How can I refund it?

          @New-Salmon-Impala-3564534051#280512 The online shop must refund the payment, there is no other way when using iDEAL.

            Well I had a transaction with paying with ideal it was a success but my order didn't came so the shop refunded it and wait for 3 to 7 working days.. it's almost 7 days now and my refund didn't came yet.. how long would it really take for the refund..

              Hey @New-Chestnut-Quokka-3698010485#295605 πŸ‘‹ The time it takes for a payment to show in your account depends on the type of transfer. You can check the processing time for various transfers, here πŸ‘‰ https://together.bunq.com/d/4295 πŸ’Έ If you've still not received your payment after this time period has passed, you can open a payment investigation with these steps. And, of course, you can always reach out to our support team at go.bunq.com/link/support, or shoot us an email at support@bunq.com 🌈
