Thanks for reporting this bug to us! Can you please try the following: go to tab profile > settings (top right corner) > security & settings > auto log out > change it from 0 seconds to 5 minutes. Please let us know if this works for you. 🙏🏻

      I can confirm that changing the auto log out settings from 0 seconds to 5 minutes solved it for now.

          I have the same issue. Every online payment I make with iDeal gets me to the home page of bunq and not to the payment.

              @Bastiaan#199895 No, because this setting is already on 5 minutes. If 0 seconds is the default, it's pretty wierd it my setting is on 5 minutes, because I've never changed it.
              When I restart a ideal payment I can get to the payment. But now I have a merchant (Klarna) where the processing of a payment (even it's failed) takes a few hours, so I can't restart a payment for the workaround.

                With home page do you mean the Me screen in the app or the homepage of bunq.com.

                    Oh, btw, I see that the topic start is made with the Android 9, but I have a OnePlus Nord running Android 10.

                      Please update your app and you are able to make the payments even if your auto log out is changed to 0 seconds.
