  • Can I lock my savings account?

Is there a way to put a lock on a savings account for a set amount of time? I want to save money but its to easy to withdraw from my savings. But if there ks a lock then it would make it easier for me.

    There's currently no actual lock for the saving accounts. What can help is the following:

    • Use a Savings Goal as your savings account. It's 'difficult' to withdraw partial transfers from here and there's only an explicit button to withdraw all savings at once. This is to prevent you keep taking small bits of money from the account.

    • You can set the daily limit of an account to €0. This case you will run into an extra barrier when you want to perform a transfer, iDEAL, SOFORT or direct debit from that account.
