  • [FIXED] Card though the browser shows "Unfreeze card" without begin frozen

Hey everybody,

I was looking on my browser (tested it with Firefox and Chrome) through my card and found out the option to "Unfreeze card" is incorrect.

But when I go my phone, the option is different. This is the view for "Gezamelijke rekening" from android phone

This is the view of my "Credit card"

For the record, the "Gezamelijke rekening" is a shared account with other bunq user

        Bei mir funktioniert es auch nicht. Gleiches Verhalten.

          Please kindly note that the whole user interface for bunq Web has changed since this was reported and cards now show freeze/unfreeze correctly. If you keep experiencing any issues let us know and we'll further look into this 👍
