  • Google Pay isn't fully available in the Netherlands..

Or is it just me having problems downloading the Google Pay app?

    @Mrpepp#206308 The Google Pay app isn't needed anymore.

    You can add your bunq cards to Google Pay via the bunq app and manage Google Pay via Android settings > Google > Account services > Google Pay
    Here you can change for example the default card.

      Aah okey thanks, found it!! I suppose I wont need the Bunq tap&pay widget anymore?

          I have the same problem as above. Now I see your post and am not sure if I did it right. I think I have changed my card to default, but can I now just use my phone without opening the app?

          And when will this feature fully been available in the Netherlands? I can't find it on google.

            @RickdeJong#231154 You can find the Google Pay options on the earlier mentioned settings page. You don't need te app anymore, so it won't be available in the Netherlands. Google Pay is working fine already in The Netherlands: you only have to unlock your phone and then you can pay. You don't have to open any app.
