  • [REPORTED] Cannot sort payments from business account

Payment sorting does not seem to work on transactions from a business to personal bunq account. The sorting option doesn't appear anywhere. Not on the transaction overview, not on the bunq button. This kinda makes the primary selling point of this feature (sort your salary) moot for someone who pays their salary from a bunq business account.

          @Nikoleta#214965 I just found the same thing and it's ridiculous that you haven't fixed this after two months. Testing takes literally a day or two. You just didn't prioritize it which is fine if that's the case. Can you please be clear if you actually will fix this (soon) or if it'll lay in your backlog for two more months? This is definitely not saving me time... Just saying ;)

            Any news on this? I still cannot see the sort option in the menu or anywhere else. Any estimation of when it is going to be fixed?

              Apologies for the delay! Indeed the bug issues are being prioritised, but rest assured we're working towards solving all of them. To ensure that the fix for this bug works correctly, thus also to prevent that we create new bugs while fixing this one, our developers need to thoroughly test this scenario to ensure that everything works smoothly. This may requires some time, but it's necessary to offer you the best bunq experience.
