Money requests are taken from wrong account

Hi! My girlfriend submitted a money request to my personal account (important info, we are in each other's circle of trust for our joint account), and the money gets subtracted from our joint account. This isn't very handy... Reproduced the error 3 times..

Received the suggestion to try and remove each other from our circles of trust until the problem is solved. Glad I was not the only one experiencing this though!
