  • Exporting receipts is really buggy

As the treasurer of my scouting group, I thought it would be convenient to put all receipts in bunq. In this way they are all in one place. However, I noticed that the export does not work as well as I expected.

There are three things that really bother me:

  • Compression: Some receipts cannot be read after exporting.
  • Missing transactions: The last transaction does not appear on the export, maybe this will be different tomorrow.
  • Multiple people: Payments sent to different people at the same time will not have a receipt in the export.

I'm not sure if this has to do with it, but it seems like multiple receipts on a transaction are also causing issues.

There are also some lighter pain points:

  • Invoices in PDF can be attached, but not exported.
  • A ZIP file containing only receipts cannot be exported.

I hope the developers at bunq can do something with this :)

    This is a follow up from the previous post.

    Since last time I made a new export and came to the following conclusions:

    • The missing transaction appeared, maybe the interest date had to be completed.
    • It is now clear that only the first receipt will be exported. This is very inconvenient if two photos have to be taken from a long receipt.

        Any news on this? I thought I was going to be happy using Bunq mainly for the extra app features, but so far the receipt feature has been so buggy that i havenโ€™t been able to use it. The app just freezes when I try to export receipts. Also, scanning receipts and invoices doesnโ€™t work, it gets several of the numbers wrong, so using it doesnโ€™t really help at all. I had hoped that the app could match my receipts but thatโ€™s surely not working ๐Ÿ™

              I have the same problem. I scanned all my receipts and attached to my transactions. Now after I export a pdf statement, I cannot see the receipts in the exported file anymore. In the past, this feature was working, but now the PDF does not include the receipts anymore.
