I am really reconsidering opening up an account here.. seems there are too many bugs and takes ages to have it fixed.. unbelievable... for a bank that promises so much..

I am sorry for the inconvenience this is causing you!

For iOS users, can you please try these steps on your device: Settings > scroll down and find the bunq app > tap on it > you should see Location as the first option > Allow it "While using App" or "Always" and make sure to toggle the Precise location.

For Android users, on your phone's home screen, find the app icon > touch and hold the app icon > tap App info > tap Permissions > More > All permissions. Under "Location," you can find the type of location the app requested. If you don't find "Location".

Ik heb zojuist een account geopend en bij het verifiëren krijg ik de Locatie error melding zoals deze bij velen tevoorschijn komt. Ik ben op mijn eigen huisadres maar volgens Bunq verblijf ik in het buitenland. Hoe kan ik op andere wijze mijn account verifiëren?
