  • [FIXED] Authorized direct debits don't load

Hallo,

Ik heb al een tijdje het probleem dat de lijst met geautoriseerde incasso’s heel erg traag laadt of simpelweg helemaal niet. Het maakt niet uit op welke device ik het probeer.

Nu bijvoorbeeld heb ik 3 minuten gewacht, app gesloten en weer geopend en nog eens geprobeerd: nada. Telefoon herstart. Nada.

Hebben meer mensen hier last van en denkt bunq dit probleem snel op te kunnen lossen?

        Same, I have two direct debits awaiting for my approval. When I accept them i get a loading screen but nothing gets paid. Tried to accept it one time, or all future debits and nothing happens. Restarted my phone and removed and re downloaded the app. Still doesn't work. Need to pay these things within a few days...

            @Tim#211105 If I try to open it and it fails, go back and open the list of planned automatic payments instead and then go back to the authorised list: in about 50% of the cases it will then suddenly load the list of direct debits. This work for you as well?

              Hard to replicate because the loading of direct debits seems to work quite well today ;)

                  It only happens when I navigate to the Authorized Debits from the "total" menu.
                  When I check the authorized debits for each account individually it works fine.
