Praveenkumar Hi guys! I can’t use my app at all and i can’t make any payments! And my app is frozen on the help page and I can’t access anything else! Does anyone have the same issue after updating to version 16.4?

I made a new virtual card and the issue was resolved. Only older cards seem to be affected

PE Danke für die Information. Das kann aber auch keine Lösung sein. Sonst kann ich meine relativ neue Metal Card wegschmeißen. Die wir nämlich aktuell auch nicht akzeptiert.

PE Creating a new card only works for a few days/weeks. It will be blocked again like the other cards. I have done the same thing a while ago when my card was blocked and it reappeared after some time.

It probably has something to do with MasterCard ID check. MasterCard blocks the card and wants you to do an id check. Bunq currently doesn't support that, although I had to accept a €0 check a few days ago.

Johannes Ich denke, dass sich dieses Problem nicht mit einem APP–Update lösen lässt.

Daniel 🌻 Ich befürchte es auch, aber die Hoffnung stirbt zuletzt 😉 Hoffentlich gibt es bald eine nachhaltige Lösung. Momentan zahle ich in solchen Fällen immer mit Paypal, was glücklicherweise bislang als Alternative angeboten wurde.

Es ist tatsächlich traurig, dass die bunq Programmierer mehr mit Baumpflanzung, Freundefunktion und anderen Social Media Festures beschäftigt zu sein scheinen als mit solchen Basics.

Ab morgen ist gesetzlich bei jeder Onlinezahlung über 30€ Mastercard Secure per Gesetzt Pflicht.
Wann wird das Problem gelöst???

Ich sehe es wie Patrick. Es war lange bekannt, dass diese gesetzliche Vorgabe zeitnah umzusetzen ist. Am Anfang funktionierte es ja auch Teilweise.

Ich kann auch langsam nicht mehr nachvollziehen, warum hier Community Sachen wie 'Bäume pflanzen' und 'andere sehen lassen, wo ich einkaufen gehe' bei euch so eine hohe Priorität bekommen und Basics immer wieder nicht richtig funktionieren oder funktionierten und dann kaputt programmiert werden.

Tim So sehe ich das auch. Vor einiger Zeit war bunq sympathisch und man hatte den Eindruck, dass die Bank Funktionen laufend verbessert werden. Viele Updates boten schöne Überraschungen. Nun ist bunq meinem Gefühl nach arrogant geworden und weiß besser was die Nutzer wollen, als die Nutzer selbst. Die Geduld dies auszuhalten schwindet. Bunq ist kein drolliger Welpe mehr, der etwas tollpatschig sein darf. bunq ist eine Bank die in erster Linie zuverlässig und vertrauenswürdig sein muss. Das heutige Update bringt mir keine Verbesserung und ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass diese Arbeit in diese Basis Funktion investiert worden wäre.
