Léonie Is it a direct debit or a card payment? For direct debits, you either have to manually accept them each time (and on that screen you can choose the account) or you give automatic permission. In your settings for automatically accepted direct debits, you can choose the account yourself where that direct debit should be deducted from. Could you check your current settings, if it is an automatically accepted one? Just go to the Home tab > Total > Settings ⚙️ > Authorized Direct Debits, then choose the one you're interested in.
