I get this response from a US webshop. I entered the same address as our account in the billing form. Still get errors, not able to place the order. Error message:

Gateway Response: The transaction has been declined because of an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder.
Payment declined. Please verify your information or change your payment method by selecting a new payment method below.
