• My creditcard was charged twice

Hello, I recently ordered something from a webstore with my creditcard. I've ordered many times from this webstore without any issues. The money was paid the same day I ordered, but a few days later, the same amount of money was sent out again. I immediately contacted the webstore and they responded a few hours later that they did not receive any additional payments so they cannot refund anything. I'm scared to use the refund button in the Bunq app because it says something about a punishment if you wrongfully reclaimed the money. In my case there's nothing wrong with reclaiming the money but I've never done this before, and I'm afraid the webstore will just say they received the money once and are reclaiming the refunded money...
What should I do now? I also cannot find any email from Bunq to contact them directly, which is a shame...

    @Niki-Lime-Cheetah#212747 I would advise you to contact bunq via the bunq app. Profile > Menu > Private chat.

      @Niki-Lime-Cheetah#212747 You can go to the transaction, tap the "Do you need help with this transaction?"-button , and choose "show payment history". This can give you extra information you might need.
