  • Use a personal and a business account on one device with a "pack subscription"

My plan was to switch completely to BUNQ.
I started by creating a personal account with a "pack" subscription.
Then I also wanted to add a business account to the pack.

But instead of memberaccount within the pack a new "business easy money" subscription was created within the app. I didn't want that. After all, I wanted to place 2 accounts within the "pack" subscription.

Then I immediately deleted the business account because I didn't want to have to pay twice for this. after deleting the account, the business account data was still visible within the app. It won't dissapear.

I would like to place my business account and my personal account on 1 telephone. how??

@New-Yellow-Akita-2067254966#213735 When you want a business account, you have to create a "business easy money". After you create it, you can add it to your pack.

You can be logged in to your business account and personal account at the same time. To manage this, long press the "Profile"-button at the bottom. You can also merge your personal and business account after you create it.

PS: The personal account and the business account are not monetary account. Within your personal (or business) account, you can create multiple monetary accounts, each with their own IBAN.

To summarize: Within your pack you have an "easyMoney" and and "easyMoney business", merged together or not, and within your "easyMoney" and "easyMoney business", you can have one or more monetary accounts (up to 25).

      Hi Peter,

Thanks for your clear explanation. I figured it out how merge the accounts in my app and it works now :)

However, i still have a bug in my app:
The mobile app displays 4 monetary accounts on my business account. I cannot edit, delete or put money on them. When I look at archived accounts, I see that the same are also listed there. however, i can't reopen them from the archived account page.

when i log in to the desktop version of Bunq i see that these accounts don't appear. It looks like a bug in the mobile app that keeps me seeing them on my dashboard but can't remove them.

      What to do?

I have a personal account then i open a businnes account which i use it daily. But i wanna now delete my personal account without deleting my business account? is it possible? how? i saw there is a delete option for personal account, iam afraid that the business account will be deleted?

@New-Mustard-Bunny-1707967036#275523 Hey, no that is not possible. You always need a personal account. But of course you're free to choose a free plan (Easy Savings) for your personal account if you don't really use it, then there are no costs for you.
