How long do I have to wait to get a response from a bunq employee?
Dream Logistics B.V. Regular support should answer the same or next day. Special cases involving certain departments could take longer.
Usually the reply pretty fast, but give you a pretty standard reply, link to some Together post, and close your ticket.
No response at all in 2 working days is not really acceptable for a bank I think.
