Libaan Hi Libaan, you probably started an easyGreen trial at some point. The app offers this for new customers when they try to use certain functionality that is not included with their current plan. The easyTravel plan is indeed without any monthly costs, and only 9.99 Euros once for card production. You can see and change what plan you're currently using by going to the [Profile] tab > Settings (top right) > [My plan].
As we cannot determine what actions you have taken here in the community forum, I would advise you to contact Private Support by going to the [Profile] tab > [Menu] 🌈 > [Get Private Support]. Check this article for more information. They can take a look your account and maybe explain to you more in detail as for why you would've gotten this bill.
