      @New-Maroon-Crocodile-1628579289#228600 Did you insert the card with the chip into the payment terminal or tapped it contactless? For the best experience you'll have to insert the card instead.

          Vandaag bij IKEA met chip van maestro kaart geprobeerd: niet mogelijk om retourpin af te ronden, gaf storing.

            Hi retourpinnen doesn’t work me either. Is there a fix?

              @Adil-Turquoise-Starfish#231363 The issue is still being looked into as it's more complex and our developers need more time. I've asked for an update again and will let you know as soon as I have more information.

                Same at Bever store, error using bunq card for retourpinnen.

                  @Ole-Violet-Panther#231467 Thank you for your report 🙏 We're still investigating this and will let you know once this is fixed. Let us know if it happens with another merchant as it seems to affect only some of them. In the meantime please keep in mind to insert your card instead of contactless.

                        It happened to me in France. But the strange thing is that I got a valide receipt from the payment terminal. So I thought that it worked and I had to look back a month later to see that it didn't work. Bunq you have to correct this problem as soon as possible ! How many people think they had a refund and don't take time to check back like me ? At least be sure that you send a wrong message to the payment terminal !!!!

                          This morning once again it failed for me in a local shop here in Utrecht. Please fix this ASAP, it is getting really annoying.

                            I am experiencing the same problem. At some stores the 'retourpinnen' just doesn't work, at others it does. And something else... Sometimes when the 'retourpinnen' doesn't work and I get an error in the store, the amount of money seems to be added after all, but hours later... So then there is the situation that I got the money back 2 times, with the card (which gave an error) and cash....

                              Today again a store where it wasn't possible to receive money with 'retourpinnen'. Used a card of a different bank and it worked without a problem.

                                    Net geprobeerd bij de Ikea te retourpinnen. De app geeft aan dat ik een pincode moet intoetsen maar het pinautomaat weigert meteen.

                                      Dat dit nog steeds niet werkt joh, dat is toch echt te belachelijk voor woorden. Om nog maar te zwijgen over de “klantenservice” omtrent dit onderwerp. Ben afgelopen 1,5 jaar meermalen met bunq in conclaaf geweest hierover. De eerste keer kostte het me 2,5 week om ze duidelijk te maken wat precies het euvel was aangezien ze steeds deden of ik achterlijk was en het allemaal niet begreep. Er werd toen eerst een bedrag afgeschreven wat er na een dag weer bijkwam. Maar dan kom je nog op €0 uit. Ging er niet in…
                                      Hoe kan dit bij elke andere bank wel werken, maar bij Bunq nog steeds niet?
