[REPORTED] Retourpinnen/Card refund does't work

Unfortunately, retourpinnen is still not working. Used my Revolut card instead, which worked flawlessly, Funny how a UK bank is able to get this up and running, but a Dutch bank isn't.

Ole Thank you for your report 🙏 We're still investigating this and will let you know once this is fixed. Let us know if it happens with another merchant as it seems to affect only some of them. In the meantime please keep in mind to insert your card instead of contactless.

It happened to me in France. But the strange thing is that I got a valide receipt from the payment terminal. So I thought that it worked and I had to look back a month later to see that it didn't work. Bunq you have to correct this problem as soon as possible ! How many people think they had a refund and don't take time to check back like me ? At least be sure that you send a wrong message to the payment terminal !!!!

I am experiencing the same problem. At some stores the 'retourpinnen' just doesn't work, at others it does. And something else... Sometimes when the 'retourpinnen' doesn't work and I get an error in the store, the amount of money seems to be added after all, but hours later... So then there is the situation that I got the money back 2 times, with the card (which gave an error) and cash....
