Yeah I had this as well. Then less than a minute later I simply tried again with the exact same card and checkout procedure: and it went through instantly... I’m not sure how they could, a minute later, suddenly comply with PSD2 lol. I don’t get it anyway, Amazon always performs the browser PSD2 checks, so I do have the feeling this is not necessarily actually an Amazon problem. But who knows :)
