I live in the NL and use my bunq account for literally everything, even contracts from Germany where I lived before. But now, I wanted to obtain a Dutch Sim-only contract with BEN.nl, and they repeatedly refused my order pointing to a low rating for credits for (even though I didn't order a phone), and after asking more questions, I was told that the bank account is the problem. They literally told me to use another bank for my subscription at Ben than Bunq. See their answer in the attachment.
Does anyone know what is the problem? Bunq support, can you help with solving that issue?
