Raffaella If you bought the voucher via direct debit then it takes a few days before it‘ll arrive in your account. You will also need to make sure to accept the direct debit after it arrives, otherwise it won‘t be paid. (You‘ll get a push notification if you have enabled them.)
Note that direct debits only work in the Easy Money and Easy Green plan.
