K. Kloet 🇪🇺 Yes, they have the same „issue“ if you could call it that as bunq. Like bunq they‘re active throughout multiple countries in the EEA, but they only have a full banking license from their home country. That‘s why all bunq users regardless of country get NL IBANs and all Openbank users get ES IBANs. (They call it „European IBAN“ on their site and that‘s technically true because a Spanish IBAN is indeed European, but it‘s not a special European IBAN, these don‘t exist.)
