Add or remove directors from a Business Account

We are with four directors, but one of the directors has a wrong name in the app. How can I delete a director or change the name of the director?

Thanks for your message! You can easily manage all the directors of your business account as following:

Login to the Business account
Go to the Home tab
Tap on ⚙️
Choose Company Settings
Manage directors

It's not possible to change the name of the directors from the business account. The directors will need to verify their personal account and the name of the director will be updated accordingly to their official name. Alternatively in the rare case there is an error in the name of the verified account the director can contact us through private support.

The directors can verify their personal account as following:

Go to Profile
Tap on ⚙️
Select Personal Information
Make sure you're secure
